This extensive renovation of a three-story building in Brisbane involved excavation, extension, and significant floor plan changes. From the project's outset, we prioritized collaboration with the builder and client to meticulously manage the scope and budget, ensuring a timely completion. Working within an existing structure undergoing multiple renovations presented unique challenges, including unforeseen conditions and compatibility issues.
